♦ Hostel buildings have proper arrangement for ventilation and light.
♦ Adequate toilets are provided in the hostels which are in well proportion with the number of boarders.
♦ A plumber and an electrician check fittings for water and electricity for smooth supply everyday.
♦ Laundry, Saloon, Tailoring, Cleaning and Polishing of shoes services are provided at the time of need.
♦ Round the clock security service, emergency mobile phone service, doctor on call service make students feel homely and comfortable.
♦ Own transport facility enables the students to reach college in time.
♦ Careful supervision of hostel superintendents, timely visit of lecturers and surprise visit of Vice-Principal/Principal/Secretary make inmates studious with disciplined bent of mind.
♦ The hostels remain closed during Raja, Puja and Annual Breaks so that the students can spare sometime with their parents on these occasions.
Hostel Guidelines
♦ Absence from the hostel without permission of the appropriate authority constitutes a serious offence.
♦ Temporary absence of the boarders with due permission of appropriate authority is maintained in the prescribed register kept for the purpose.
♦ A boarder who wants to go with his/her parents and stay out side for some hours or at night must intimate to the Vice-Principal/Principal in written with parents signature.
♦ Boarders leaving their respective rooms before a vacation are required to inform the superintendent at the time of their departure and give the charge of the rooms to him along with the permission letter from Vice- Principal.
♦ Boarders are responsible for the furniture and equipment provided to them and are required to make good to any damage caused by them.
♦ Boarders are instructed to switch off the lights and fans while the room is empty, otherwise fine will be imposed on them.
♦ Relatives, friends or other outsiders are not allowed to enter the hostel. The boarders may talk with them outside with due permission.
♦Father and natural male guardians of a boarder may be permitted to enter the boys' hostel like wise mother and natural female guardians of a boarder may be permitted to enter the girls' hostel
Strictly Prohibited
♦ Negligence of study and showing misconduct.
♦ Loitering here and there in study hours.
♦ Disturbing others in any way in his/her studies.
♦ Changing seat without previous permission of Vice-Principal/Principal.
♦ Using filthy and un parliamentary languages with anybody.
♦ Spitting about the rooms and corridors.
♦ Disfiguring the walls, doors, etc. of the buildings in any manner.
♦ Consumption or possession of any narcotics viz. tobacco, alcohol etc.
♦ Possession of any other material which is not required for study and daily use during the stay in the hostel.
Adopting unhealthy/unhygienic way of living.
♦ Breach of the above rules warrant a fine or any other punishment decided by the authority.
